Homewood Suites by Hilton Memphis-Germantown

Everyone at this location is extremely friendly and helpful! There are a few small things in the room that are in need of simple repairs, however there is current remodeling of this hotel which I assume will include this room before it has been completed. I will definitely stay here again.

Service here is so amazing, I decided to write a review days before I check out. The staff especially Jordan, Andrea, Crystal and Rosa.

In the middle of a remodel but I don’t notice the workers. Furniture in living room of suite a little worn. But if you work on the road your used to less than perfect. Had a little issue in my room. Maintenance was on point to take care of it. More effort could be put into breakfast. But Perkins right next door if you want a great meal.

Nicole the manger was amazing. She went above and upon to help me. I’m so grateful for her help and kindness. We need more people like her in customer service work.

My stay at Homewood Suites was for temporary housing because of my home flooding. My stay was for was for two months and I miss the great staff and other guests that I met there. Everyone was so accommodating! Regina, the evening shift manager on duty was wonderful! She made me feel at home immediately. She helped me get acclimated to a new surrounding, answered all questions (which I had many) and made me laugh which I appreciate as I am in customer service also. Most CSA's don't care about their customers; she definitely does and I am grateful! Thank you so much Regina!!! I met the other counter agents and they were great also. I can't go without mentioning the the housekeeping staff who greeted me asked me every time that they saw me in the hallway if I needed anything. They were all great! Last but not least, my friends that cooked me a wonderful breakfast every day and served appetizers on Wednesday evenings! Rosa, Jamie and Shelia always greeted me me with a smile every morning whether it was 5:00 or or 9:00 a.m.! Their food was amazing and I gained ten pounds! I miss you ladies! I am now in a temporary apartment, I wished that they didn't move me. Miss you all! Cindy Maxwell

Nice Homewood suites. Its clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast lady is great. The gym shouldn't be called a gym. It is a bike, an elliptical, and a treadmill in a closet. There is no bench or any other equipment. The pool is outside. The breakfast is ok. Some rooms have kuerigs. It is on a nicer and safer spot. There is not much walkable but big names gyms, grocery stores, liquor stores, gas stations, and a walmart less than 5 minute's drive away. I'd stay again if I were to come to Memphis. Most places in Memphis are 20 min or less from here due to the proximity to the highway.

My stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton was absolutely delightful. The room was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for families, offering plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The family-friendly atmosphere made it an ideal choice for traveling with loved ones. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One highlight of our experience was the breakfast—outstanding in every way! The variety of options was impressive, with waffles, carnitas, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and even overnight oats. The cook was incredibly friendly, sweet, and gracious, adding a personal touch that truly stood out. If you're in the area, this is the perfect place to stop. With its excellent accommodations, top-notch service, and fantastic breakfast, Homewood Suites by Hilton exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel and very nice neighborhood. Super clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms. High quality amenities, including body lotion, very much appreciated, as well as laundry room self operated, very practical. Breakfast different every day and wonderful options. The staff is a chapter worth of mention, everybody so kind and attentive. First time in this Hilton brand and definitely now a favorite.

We attended a wedding in Tennessee and stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The staff was so nice and polite making us feel at home. Great breakfast selection and a clean kitchen area. I traveled back home to New Jersey and realized that I left my jacket at the hotel. I call the hotel to let them know that i left my jacket and Nichole told me to get a FedEx shipping label, send it by email and they will ship my jack back to me. Just like that, I received my jacket within 5 days. Thank you Homewood suites

Wonderful stay – warm and welcoming! I am having a lovely stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Germantown, TN (near Memphis). The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the front desk staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. I’m staying here in December, and the holiday decorations are absolutely beautiful — warm, tasteful, and truly put you in the holiday spirit. The lobby feels cozy and inviting, and it’s such a nice place to relax and unwind. Overall, this has been a great experience so far with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Germantown/Memphis area.
